How we work

Every engagement is scoped, then priced.

Every team's process, tools, and volume are different, so we don't sell packages. Here's how an engagement is scoped and what you're paying for at each stage.

Audit

Audit

A short, fixed-fee engagement, usually one to two weeks. We map your current process, tools, and lead flow and come back with a written recommendation: what to build first, what it will cost, and what it should change. If you stop here, you still have the map.

Build

Build

A fixed-scope, fixed-price build based on the audit. Typical ranges: a plugin in 1–3 weeks, a workflow or agent in 2–4 weeks, a custom CRM in 6–8 weeks. The price is agreed before work starts and doesn't change unless the scope does.

Support

Support

An optional monthly retainer after launch to refine what we built as your team, market, and volume change. Cancel any time.

What affects the price

Number of tools to connect
Each integration — CRM, MLS, email, texting, calendar — adds scope and testing.
Whether a voice agent is involved
Voice requires call routing, transcripts, and conversation guardrails beyond a text-based agent.
Data cleanup required before automation
Clean data means reliable automation. The more duplicate, incomplete, or scattered the data, the more prep work first.
Number of offices or agents rolling out
A single user needs less onboarding and permission logic than a team, brokerage, or franchise rollout.
Custom vs. existing CRM
Extending your current CRM is usually faster than building or replacing one from scratch.
Compliance review scope
Fair Housing and state-level communication rules add review, documentation, and testing time.
